Now… meet Silica (Silicea terra).
This remedy has created some of the most transformative, deep healing processes in my clinical practice.
In homeopathy, Silica is known for its slow pace, poor assimilation of nutrients, and a constitutional picture of FRAGILITY beneath a RIGID exterior.
Silica is a major component of sea sand (Silica Marina)
It's found in the structural elements of sea sponges
And it carries deep sea water themes, sharing many similar symptoms with other sea remedies
Structure + Strength
Silica is the “GRIT” of the earth’s crust, plants, and much of animal life — building and maintaining:
> Bones, joints, connective tissue

> Glands + secretions (thyroid, breasts)

When I Think of Silica I see:
