What Your Care Looks Like

FIRST APPOINTMENT:

Homeopathic care is a long term relationship similar to having a primary care provider. Your first visit is so important to establish the best picture of your overall health history. This appointment is usually 1.5 hrs so that we cover an in depth review of your history and current health concerns. It will help me to learn about your personal experiences of specific symptoms (both chronic and current), understand your daily lifestyle, habits, and tendencies. The end goal is to identify and create an individualized care plan to move you forward on the road to better health!

REMEDY RECOMMENDATION:

Based on your First Appointment, you will receive a remedy recommendation in your individualized care plan. The remedy is a natural, gentle, and safe way to shift your body’s pattern of imbalance! The remedy instructions will be followed for a few weeks guided by brief check in’s to make sure we are following your body's direction for the most effective results.

FOLLOWUP APPOINTMENTS:

Your first 2 Follow up appointments after beginning your remedy recommendation are the most important for your overall success! Consistent appointments offer us the opportunity to talk about how your body has responded to the recommendation and what adjustments need to be made to your individualized care plan. Your updates about what is better, worse, unchanged and/or new in terms of your shifting symptoms allow us to identify the best next steps to take. Once you start making consistent progress we stretch your next appointments out, but you can always check in monthly if you like!

BETWEEN VISITS:

I’m here for it all!! My clients know I respond very quickly and I love offering this level of direct care. You may start with an acute illness early on, you also may experience a ‘flare up’ or magnification of symptoms after beginning your recommendation. Reach out… if you are concerned I always encourage you to communicate with me so that I can make slight adjustments and meet your needs. This is all part of the healing process and we expect these flare ups without fear or confusion.
I’m a text or email away. Also know this… your symptoms during a cold, ear infection, fever, flu, etc absolutely inform my ‘bigger picture’ work for you! So every acute need is an OPPORTUNITY and a CHANCE for us to actually make more moves in your overall health!
