You did it!! I’ve gathered this initial information from you and you will hear back from me within 3-5 business days!

After I evaluate your Intake form I will then either approve to take you on as an established client and give you next steps, or I will explain to you why I am not taking you on at this time and will either give you next steps to take before establishing care with myself or I will refer you out to another more appropriate Practitioner.

I work from a multidisciplinary approach and there are times I may request that you establish medical care or start counseling for example before we begin care. I do this to work in line with best practices to create a wise and safe therapeutic relationship.
